this is abit of they story plot i saw from some comments..

He got news from the doc that he had brain tumor so in order to not hurt his girlfriend with the news of him dying, he decides to say good bye to his love & break up with her by bringing another girl to her bday party [slaps Yunho]. In the end his girlfriend found out about the brain tumor from the doc.
So I assume that she forgave him since he's dying?
